สามทหารการยางออโต้แม็กซ์ ("ร้าน") ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์และลูกค้าของร้าน นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าร้านเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวม
- ข้อมูลที่ได้รับระหว่างการติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์ LINE หรือ Facebook ของร้าน เช่น ชื่อ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และรายละเอียดที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง
- ข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์เบื้องต้น (เช่น หน้าที่เข้าชม) หากมีการเปิดใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์เว็บไซต์
วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล
- ติดต่อกลับเพื่อให้ข้อมูล นัดหมาย หรือให้บริการตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ
- ปรับปรุงคุณภาพบริการและการสื่อสารของร้าน
- วิเคราะห์การใช้งานเว็บไซต์ในภาพรวม (หากมีการเปิดใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์)
การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
ร้านจะไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บุคคลภายนอก ข้อมูลอาจถูกเปิดเผยแก่ผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยดำเนินการด้านเทคนิคของเว็บไซต์เท่าที่จำเป็น หรือเมื่อมีข้อกำหนดตามกฎหมาย
คุกกี้และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์
เว็บไซต์ใช้ Google Analytics 4 เฉพาะเมื่อผู้ใช้ยอมรับ Analytics ผ่านแบนเนอร์คุกกี้ เว็บไซต์บันทึกหลักฐานการเลือกไว้ในอุปกรณ์ของผู้ใช้โดยไม่เก็บชื่อหรือข้อมูลติดต่อ รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมอยู่ใน นโยบายคุกกี้
สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล
- สิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนเอง
- สิทธิขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
- สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- สิทธิถอนความยินยอมที่เคยให้ไว้

3 Army Auto Max (“the shop”) respects the privacy of website visitors and customers. This policy explains how personal data is collected, used and disclosed under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

We use data to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, provide requested services, improve our service and understand aggregate website usage.
Sharing and retention
